These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Chargeplanet website and our routine consultation services. By browsing the site, contacting us, or booking a session, you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website or our services.
1. About us
Chargeplanet is an independent consulting studio based at Runeberginkatu 4c, 00100 Helsinki, Finland. We offer one-to-one consultations focused on planning daily routines. We are not a medical, psychological or financial advisory service.
2. Use of the website
- You may browse, read, and link to the website for personal, non-commercial use.
- You may not copy or republish substantial parts of the content without our written consent.
- You may not use the website in any way that could damage it, interfere with its operation, or breach applicable law.

3. Bookings and consultations
When you book a consultation, a service agreement is formed between you and Chargeplanet on the terms summarised on our Sessions page. Specifically:
- Sessions are delivered online or at our Helsinki studio, by appointment only.
- Prices are listed in euro and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
- We may decline or postpone a booking when our schedule does not allow proper preparation.
- Rescheduling and cancellations are governed by our Return Policy.
4. Nature of our advice
Our consultations are educational and organisational in nature. They are designed to help you think clearly about how your week is structured. The plans we provide are general suggestions; they are not personalised professional advice in any regulated field. You remain responsible for decisions about your own work, schedule and personal life.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the website — including text, images, layout, brand elements and the routine planning materials shared with clients — is owned by or licensed to Chargeplanet. You may use materials we send you for your own personal use, but not for resale or redistribution.
6. User content
When you send us messages, notes or other information, you grant us permission to use that content for the purpose of replying to you and delivering the service you have requested. You confirm that you have the right to share what you send.
7. Third-party links and embeds
The website may contain links to or embeds from third-party services (for example, Google Maps on the Contact page or fonts loaded from Google Fonts). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties. Your interaction with them is governed by their own terms and policies.
8. Disclaimers

We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure, and we do not promise specific outcomes from following any routine plan.

To the maximum extent allowed by Finnish law, Chargeplanet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or our services. Our total liability in connection with a paid consultation is limited to the amount you paid for that consultation.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Helsinki, unless mandatory consumer protection rules give you the right to bring proceedings in another forum.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. The "last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the current version came into effect. Continued use of the website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
